Introduction:

 

The main functions are homogenizing, emulsifying, mixing and defoaming. The heating, cooling and vacuum pressure devices are designed to handle various products in the cosmetics and chemical industries. Mixing part that makes shearing force at high speed for homogenization and counter rotating scraper part that mixes the product at low speed. High powered Homogenizer mounted at the bottom of the vessel effectively works for small volume batches. Capacity can be customized from 5L to 5000L.
Principle

The material moves at high speed in the gap, forming strong hydraulic shear and turbulent flow to disperse the material, and at the same time through centrifugal extrusion, grinding and collision, the material is finally fully mixed, stirred and refined.
