Product Description
Reverse osmosis process uses semi permeable spiral wound membranes to separate and remove dissolved solids,organic, pyrogens, sub micron colloidal matter and bacteria from water. Feed water isdelivered under a pressure of approximately 16 kg/cm2 through reverse osmosis membranes. Waterpermeates the minute pores of the membrane and is delivered as purified water. Impurities in the water are concentrated in the reject stream and flushed to drain. Reverse osmosis is capable of removing 90-99% of total dissolved solids (TDS), 99.999% of organic, including pyrogens, and 99% bacterials in the feed water.
- Fully automatic functions such as automatic water replenishment when the pure water pipeline is low and automatic shutdown when the water level is full.
- Equipped with a Hangzhou Nanfang brand booster pump that automatically stops when there is no water and increases pressure when the pressure is low.
- The high-pressure pump uses fully imported components, including Denmark's Grundfos pump, imported solenoid valves, and imported CSM membranes, forming a powerful combination.
- Low operating costs, low acid and alkali consumption, and no secondary pollution.
- The water filter's reverse osmosis desalination rate is ≥99%, with an overall system desalination rate of ≥97%, capable of removing 98% of organic matter and bacteria.
- High degree of automation, requiring no supervision. If water is unavailable, the system will automatically shut down. The automatic controller performs scheduled backwashing of pre-filter materials and IC automatic cleaning of reverse osmosis membranes, while displaying the electronic conductivity of raw water and pure water online.

Cartridge Filter
This filter uses a 5μm pore size PP (Polypropylene) cartridge for mechanical filtration. It captures or adsorbs trace amounts of suspended particles, colloids, microorganisms, and other impurities in the water on the surface and within the pores of the cartridge. As filtration time progresses, the accumulation of contaminants increases the operational resistance. The filter cartridge should be replaced when the pressure differential between the inlet and outlet reaches 0.05MPa.
