It is ideal equipment for filling and sealing aluminum tubes, plastic tubes and composite tubes in cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food, adhesives and other industries. Specific performance characteristics are as follows:
- Operation screen combining high-grade LCD programming controller and buttons to fully grasp the operating conditions of the equipment such as stepless speed regulation, parameter setting, output count design, air pressure indication, and fault display, making the operation simple and humanized.
- Automatically complete the whole process of supplying pipes, benchmarking, and filling with inert gas (optional), filling, sealing, coding and finished product export.
- High-precision benchmarking system reduces the error range of the tube's color standard.
- The adjustment part is external and the position scale adopts digital display. The adjustment is fast and accurate (applicable to production of multiple specifications and varieties).
- The integration of machine, light, electricity and gas realizes no-tube and no-filling, inadequate supply pipe, low air pressure, automatic display (alarm); automatic shutdown and other automatic functions when opening the protective door
- The same machine can be equipped with different molds to achieve the filling and sealing of metal pipes, plastic pipes and composite pipes of different specifications.
