Semi Automatic Ultrasound Plastic Tube Sealer Filling and Sealing Machine
The shoe cream filling and sealing machine is mainly used for the quantitative filling of various products into aluminum tube filling and sealing. Widely used for daily chemical, foodstuff and chemical packaging industries. For example: cream, adhesives, AB glue, neoprene, epoxy adhesive, skin cream, hair dyes, shoes polish, toothpaste and other liquid or cream materials of the filing and sealing, feeding the tubes inside the block by manual (16 working stations) automatic mechanical transmission.
Main Features:
1. Tube feed by hand.
2. Suit for laminate tube, plasticcompositetube and aluminum plastic composite tube sealing.
3. This machine uses the ultrasonic principle to weld and seal thetailof the tube. When welding, it does not add any adhesive,
filler or solvent, and does not consume a lot of heat source.
4. It has the advantages of simple operation, fast welding speed, high welding strength and high production efficiency.
5. This machine is widely used in toothpaste, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, food, industrial supplies and other types of tube
