This series filling machine is a highly versatile, dependable and accurate filling machine capable of handling water thin liquid to highly viscous paste without or with chunks and particles but best for viscous liquid. This pneumatic volumetic filler machine measures and delivers the product to the container by the action of a single piston for each filler head. The piston is drawn back in its cylinder so that the product is sucked into the cylinder. A rotary valve then flips ninety degree between the cylinder and discharge tube on the dispense stroke so that the product is then pushed out of the nozzle instead of back into the hopper.
Frame
The frame is composed of stainless steel 304 and high-grade anodized aluminum alloy. The contact material part is stainless steel 316, which is not easy to deform, has a long life and has good load-bearing performance.

Belt conveyor belt
Extra long and stable conveyor belt, equipped with stepper motor drive, does not tip the bottle, can stabilize and quickly convey products, and the speed can be adjusted directly by touch.
Bottle clamping device
Add a bottle clamping device to prevent bottles from deflecting, allowing for more accurate bottle clamping and filling, solving the problem of difficult bottle running.
Anti-drip filling head
It adopts a gear pump with a flow rate of 60/L and a 316 pump head, which can be lifted and lowered for drip-proof filling. Drawing products can be equipped with a drawing filling head to completely eliminate drawing leakage.
Servo motor
Filling is driven by servo motor. Two speeds can be set, and the required filling capacity can be set directly on the touch screen, making the operation more convenient.
Control box electrical components
Reasonable internal design, simplified internal wiring harness design, easy disassembly and maintenance, neat wiring and long service life
Pneumatic switch control
